Southeast Regional Marketing Coordinator
Location: Sevierville, TN (Remote with occasional in-office meetings)
Position Overview:
The Southeast Regional Marketing Coordinator (RMC) plays a critical role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives within the Southeast region. This position works closely with the Project Manager, sales team, and regional leadership to ensure that marketing programs are aligned with business objectives and drive demand and revenue. The ideal candidate will reside within 90 minutes of Sevierville, TN, and be available for in-office meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Follow set guidelines provided by the Project Manager to execute marketing campaigns, events, and programs within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with remote specialized teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing activities.
- Implement marketing plans prepared by the Project Manager, ensuring all initiatives are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Lead Generation:
- Support lead generation efforts by working with the sales team to identify and target key accounts.
- Execute targeted campaigns and programs designed to drive demand and generate leads.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials such as trade show materials, presentations, case studies, and other collateral.
- Equip the sales team with the tools needed to effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the Southeast region.
- Gather and analyze data, create reports and presentations, and make strategic recommendations to the Project Manager, regional leaders, and sales teams.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with salespeople, regional leaders, customers, partners, and vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing activities within the Southeast region.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged in marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency environment or a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of website backends and servers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Must reside within 90 minutes of Sevierville, TN.
