Account Manager
Commercial Laundry Marketing Campaigns
Location: Delaware (Remote with occasional in-office meetings)
Position Overview:
Spynr is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team, focusing on managing and optimizing marketing campaigns for vended laundry owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vended laundry owners, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and goals, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement customized marketing strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, content developers, PPC managers, and SEO partners to execute marketing campaigns. Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Project Implementation: Oversee the execution of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Guide the team in implementing client projects effectively.
- Brand Management: Manage multiple brands, ranging from small to large businesses, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing efforts.
- Technical Liaison: Understand website backends and servers to effectively communicate with web developers on various projects. Ensure technical aspects of campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Adaptability: Think on the fly and pivot strategies when necessary to address changing client needs and market conditions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in an agency environment or a similar role, with a strong background in digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with a good understanding of website backends and servers. Comfortable working with web developers and understanding technical project requirements.
- Client Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Location: Must reside in Delaware.
